Extra Virgin olive Oil obtained from the olives of the first harvest week of every season. They are fruits that have reached their cycle but they aren’t ripe fruits yet so they have all the flavours and aroma to get very high quality oil. The process is made in ambient temperature with no water or heat and it is ground within 24 hours before the harvest. It’s no filtered oil plant. Picual variety.
